What Diet Is Really Meant For You

How many of us has seen this picture or been in that situation . Usually we say "shoot" or other words . Also we hate ourselves for getting to this point and we think how could we have stopped it. Because society has put these images for to us to always remember to be in shape , look good, and be healthy. Because being "heavy" as many say it to put it lightly has been frowned upon by society, your self esteem will be low, not being comfortable with one self in the

mirror, or the clothes expense, or the dating scene.
But is that really whats it all about? Of course there are the solutions, and most of us all have heard the same tired old story, but which one is the correct one. walking in the store happened to walk upon some magazine articles it was the magazine called First and in Small letters it says Healthy made Easy, and of course in the front cover it says"Be Slim by Spring"
and on page twenty for it gives the plan.

But after you reached your goal then what? I also saw another one called "South Beach Diet, 2 weeks Starter pamphlet, which their diet focuses on a low carb and more proteins, then another article caught my interest it name is "Prevention" thus article as i was reading is an a way to take care of you body overall, but it also has tips for weight loss, but again when your done with the plan then what? ...

What about the products they offer, the money that the make in order to keep their organization running, the time and effort they make on their advertising. Making it really easy to get taken by so many pictures of perfect bodies, and to also distort the person view.
Which brings me to certain questions i want to ask, Should we be judged by what we look like?
Also is it right to use these images to persuade the audience . Is it just that people make haste comment at times at those who are different?
Maybe you have been in this situation and maybe you haven't, but think how would answer.
But, I'm not against weight loss programs rather
I support these programs for their efforts, but some really need to be careful with advertising. Cause even though the do say that not all results
some wish that it would happen overnight.

Good start, Jessica. I would like for you to focus though on maybe several adds that try to convince people that either dieting is good or bad. You need to choose a side.

Good start.
